Returns

At Airbox, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Before making a purchase, please ensure you measure your child’s feet correctly. We highly recommend referencing the millimeter (mm) measurements provided for each specific style, as sizing can vary between styles.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please see our return policy below:

  1. Return Period: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Condition of Return: Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Any items that are returned with signs of wear or without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Airbox does not cover return shipping costs.
  4. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Before sending back any items, please contact our customer service to request an RMA. Items returned without an RMA may not be processed.
  5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
